Week 3

Well, I've not only got newsfeeds from Scoop, I've enthused my colleague to the extent that he has brought his camera to work and is devising a new persona for everybody here. Then he is going to post a report of our activities..purely fictional. Indeed, we may have started him on a new career ...as a novelist.
Just goes to show you can't believe everything in a blog!

Week 2

One of the problems of the "blog" is the "time"!
As I have a busy real life, including studying, I don't have much spare time, and as I am working part-time and as a casual, my time tends to be pretty much taken up by work. So I might as well combine and customise my Web 2.0 stuff to help my job.
I took a look at the Week 2 tasks and decided that my next effort will include setting up RSS feeds which relate to work..hopefully! A good link to a site like 'Scoop' seems like a forward step.
Next blog will evaluate my efforts!

The First Post.

So I've created a blog! The hardest part was finding a unique name and password acceptable to Google. My Bebo one was already taken....yes, I use Bebo! My travelling son used it to keep in touch with the family and our far-flung relations have become accustomed to using it.
Now I have another and it's called "work"!
